Speed Reducers

 

The speed reducers to upgrade
your rollerskis – classic and skating.

The speed reducers help to
provide constant resistance on your wheels – for strength training or
roller-skiing in long and constant downhill areas. You can choose the
resistance with a screw. It’s possible to give up to 40% resistance on the
wheels of the rollerskis.

The speed reducers have a wide
roll to brake skating-wheels and wide classic wheels, too. We ship the speed
reducers as pair inclusive 6 mounting screws. It’s important to have a flat rollerski-frame
to install the speed reducers. You have to use them for the front wheels and it’s
important to uninstall the mud guards.

You can equip skating
rollerskis (80mm up to 100mm wheel) and classic rollerskis (70-80mm wheels)
with the speed reducers.

• Advice for mounting: There
  should be a minimum free distance of 11cm from the head of your binding to the
  front wheel! You have to uninstall the mud guards on the front wheel. Pay
  attention to a flat frame (without screws) where you want to install the speed
  reducers (picture).
