Zandstra Blade NIS Nordic Ice Skates specially made
for Rottefella NIS bindings to provide easy change from skis to skates and
back. The shaft of the blades is prepared for NIS bindings and comes in four different sizes.

For Nordic Ice Skating you need the ice blades with a
pair of rollerski or xc-skiing binding, xc-ski or roller-ski poles (rollerski
poles will work better because of hard ferrules), a pair of xc-ski or
roller-ski boots and helmet and protection.
